George Valentine was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and has wanted to become an author for as long as he can remember. The reason was simple: he never felt comfortable with compromises or with limiting his imagination to a single space.
He began by telling stories to friends for fun, long before he ever thought of publishing. Encouragement from several teachers pushed him toward writing more seriously, marking the beginning of an unofficial journey that would unfold over the next decade. Ten years later, his first novel was published—after countless small projects and extensive personal research that helped him craft the stories he had always dreamed of writing. George never set out to become the next familiar name in any genre; he simply wanted to transform the imaginative world gifted to his generation into literature.
His work in Millenniumpunk emerged from many years of experimentation and passion. For George, the cultural shift after the 2000s felt like removing a key component from a console and watching the screen glitch into strange colors. Before the sub-genre had a name, he simply wrote in a style he couldn’t yet fully describe—one that would eventually evolve into his signature aesthetic.
In 2020, he signed the rights to his debut novel, Three Dimensions, with New Dimension Publications, and the book was released two years later due to quarantine-related delays. Between 2020 and 2023, he signed the rights to all his novels with ND Publications, with IANOS serving as the primary distributor in Greece.
In 2024, his novel #PrErase was released independently through Amazon KDP in both paperback and ebook editions.
In 2025, Lights of the Shadows was published following his signing with Austin Macauley Publishers.
